Opposition to one's destination that lies within the dreamer's own means or control; ineffective systems for reaching a calling; an unreliable means of getting where God wants them; an outdated way of travelling.

Stalled progress; a need to change the means of getting to one's calling.

How to tell the difference

WHOSE CAR IT IS DECIDES THE READING. If the dreamer is a PASSENGER, this warns that the ministry carrying them is outdated for their calling and cannot bring them where God would have them. If it is THEIR OWN car, the means they are using are outdated or inefficient, and new means may be needed.
