Your subscription — R89/month

Card changed, or a payment didn’t go through? When a card fails, PayFast tries 3 times and then pauses the subscription — it will not try again by itself. Most often the bank blocks automatic payments, so first, in your banking app, go to Card Settings → enable ‘Online payments’ and ‘Recurring / debit orders’. Then use Renew now in the notice at the top of the app to start again with a working card (your old subscription is cancelled automatically and the days you have left are kept), or email us and we will help.

You can cancel at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in contracts.

Cancel subscription

If you have a PayFast account, you can also cancel there directly, or use the subscription link in your payment confirmation email.

Cancelling stops all future payments. You keep full access for the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Read the full Cancellation Policy.
