What it means

A warfare dream — experiencing a total, overwhelming or monumental loss.

Something the dreamer no longer has but can recover.

David enquired of the Lord and was told: pursue, for thou shalt without fail recover all. Loss in a dream is not always final.

How to tell the difference

A dream ending with the loss of money calls for care in the stewardship of what has been entrusted, particularly where the dreamer was careless in the dream. A dream of losing a child or family member may be a warning — pray over them and cancel it in prayer. A dream of losing a boyfriend or girlfriend concerns the loss of that relationship. In every case the counsel is prayer and stewardship, and the dreamer should pray until they have peace in their spirit.
