Palms in a dream
Biblical meaning from Hearing God's Voice in Dreams by Apostle Nicholas V. Mbanjwa
Also: Palm of hand, Inside of hands, Open palms, Lifted palms
What it means
Receiving capacity; the ability to carry; power and the ability to act.
Lifted palms signify worship or surrender.
Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands. What is engraved on the palm is before the eyes at every work of the hand.
✦ When it is positive
- Power and the ability to act
- Capacity to receive
- Worship and surrender in lifted palms
- Being graven on God's palms — the covenant He will not forget
⚠ When it is a warning
- Kneeling while balancing on the palms, signifying bodily weakness or being left without strength
- Empty palms, representing capacity without supply
How to tell the difference
Note whether the palms are OPEN or CLOSED, LIFTED or DOWN, FULL or EMPTY. Open and lifted points to worship and receiving; palms pressed to the ground points to weakness or prostration before something.
