Pool in a dream
Biblical meaning from Hearing God's Voice in Dreams by Apostle Nicholas V. Mbanjwa
Also: Still water pool, Reflecting pool, Swimming pool, Pool of water
What it means
A learning institution; an environment that allows growth and the gaining of experience.
The ability to learn, adapt and survive within a bounded environment.
A pool is water with a boundary. Unlike a river or sea, it is a contained setting — which is why it pictures a place one is placed in for a season in order to develop.
✦ When it is positive
- A clean pool, representing a good environment for learning, adapting and surviving
- A pool troubled and then bringing healing, as at Bethesda
⚠ When it is a warning
- A dirty pool, representing an environment not conducive to learning or growth
- Lying beside a pool for years without entering it
How to tell the difference
How a person swims in the pool indicates their ability to operate in a given learning environment. Note the CLEANLINESS of the water and whether the dreamer is in, beside, or unable to enter it.
