Tithe in a dream
Biblical meaning from Hearing God's Voice in Dreams by Apostle Nicholas V. Mbanjwa
Also: Tithing, Tenth, The tenth part
What it means
One tenth of an increase.
What is devoted or offered to God as honour.
Abraham gave tithes to Melchizedek before the law was given, which is why the tithe is tied in Hebrews to a priesthood rather than to a statute.
✦ When it is positive
- Honouring the priesthood of Christ
- Worship expressed through what is given
⚠ When it is a warning
- Tithing while neglecting judgment, mercy and faith
- Giving the tenth as a transaction rather than as honour
How to tell the difference
The tithe presumes an INCREASE — it is a portion of something already received. Note whether the dream shows the tithe given, withheld, or demanded, and by whom.
