Vegetables in a dream
Biblical meaning from Hearing God's Voice in Dreams by Apostle Nicholas V. Mbanjwa
What it means
Labor or service of man; also to glisten, excel, radiate, outshine. Three types: edible leaves, edible roots, edible seeds — each with specific meanings.
Edible leaf vegetables (raw, e.g. lettuce) = God's promise you don't have to work for — only believe.
Edible leaf vegetables (cooked, e.g. cabbage, spinach) = God's conditional prophecy — requires your obedience/effort to be fulfilled.
Edible root vegetables (e.g. carrot raw) = generational blessing requiring only faith, no effort.
Edible root vegetables (cooked) = generational/family blessings requiring some effort.
Edible seed vegetables (e.g. tomato raw) = a soon-to-manifest once-off season of harvest requiring only faith.
Edible seed vegetables (cooked) = a once-off harvest requiring effort to see fulfilled.
Onion = success requiring effort to enjoy; garlic = an offensive or intense experience.
Melon, onion, leek, garlic = diets of the lower classes (Numbers 11:5).
Selling vegetables = a teaching ministry, sowing ideas for growth, helping others discover gifts.
