Hearing God's Voice in DreamsA–Z symbolsYellow in a dream
Biblical meaning from Hearing God's Voice in Dreams by Apostle Nicholas V. Mbanjwa
What it means
Being shepherded, provided for (fed), led, cared for.
The Hebrew word for 'wolf' (ze'eb) derives from an unused root meaning 'to be yellow' — linking yellow's negative meaning to predatory, wolf-like characteristics.
✦ When it is positive
- Being shepherded, provided for, fed, led, cared for
⚠ When it is a warning
- Economic greed
- Ravenous, tearing apart
- Predator (the devil)
- Lust
- False prophets or false teachers
How to tell the difference
Biblically the opposite of the wolf is the Shepherd (Christ's leadership), which is the positive meaning of yellow. Emotion association: optimism, warmth, clarity, hunger — a color of joy.
