Hearing God's Voice in DreamsA–Z symbolsGolden Bowl in a dream
Biblical meaning from Hearing God's Voice in Dreams by Apostle Nicholas V. Mbanjwa
What it means
Life as manifested through the material fabric of man's body — the vessel that holds the lamp of life.
✦ When it is positive
- An intact golden bowl = life and health
⚠ When it is a warning
- A broken golden bowl = death — the eternal disintegration of the human spirit from the body. Pray immediately.
How to tell the difference
Based on Ecclesiastes 12:6 and Zechariah 4:3-4. The golden bowl was the vessel in the Old Testament Tabernacle from which oil flowed into the Menorah. Oil represents the Holy Spirit and life. When the bowl breaks, the source of life is cut off — symbolising death.
Scripture
