Laying On of Hands in a dream

What it means

A call to heal the sick; the transference of anointing and of authority; the release of the Holy Spirit's power for ministry function upon someone; releasing a person into the great commission.

Praying for people; physically ministering to the sick and the broken; being anointed to set people free.

They shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. The hands are the point of contact, not the source of the power.

How to tell the difference

Note whether the dreamer lays hands or has hands laid upon them, and by whom. Where the person laying hands is unknown, dark, or the dream is oppressive, examine it as a transfer the dreamer did not seek rather than as ministry. THE DIRECTION OF THE FALL (Apostle Mbanjwa): in a dream, falling forward under laid-on hands shows the encounter is from heaven; falling backward reveals an attack on destiny — a false spirit trying to make the dreamer backslide. This applies to what happens IN the dream, not to falling under prayer in a church service.
