A season of prayerlessness; spiritual malnutrition; not being refreshed.
We were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life. Paul names exhaustion plainly rather than hiding it.

- An invitation to draw near to God after a season where fellowship was neglected in favour of other priorities
- They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength
⚠ When it is a warning
- Releasing without first being empowered
- Giving to others with no capacity to receive for oneself
- Overworking without resting
How to tell the difference
