Wool in a dream

Biblical meaning from Hearing God's Voice in Dreams by Apostle Nicholas V. Mbanjwa

What it means

True followers of Christ; God's kind of righteousness — obtained by the shedding of a sheep's blood (representing Christ's righteousness).

Wolves dressed in sheep's clothing (wool) — representing false prophets and false followers who appear as sheep but are wolves.

✦ When it is positive

True discipleship, following Christ
God's righteousness through Christ's shed blood
Putting on the attitude and character of a disciple

⚠ When it is a warning

Wolves in sheep's clothing — false prophets, false followers of Christ visibly appearing as genuine but hiding their true nature

How to tell the difference

If dreaming of putting on wool clothing, God is calling you to put on the attitude and character of a disciple (sheep). Dreaming of someone else in wool requires the context to determine whether they are a true follower or a false prophet.

Scripture

“Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves.
