Coma in a dream
Biblical meaning from Hearing God's Voice in Dreams by Apostle Nicholas V. Mbanjwa
Also: Unconsciousness, Deep sleep state, In a coma, Unresponsive
What it means
Being spiritually numb, unobservant or disconnected from one's faith; helplessness; spiritual slumber; being spiritually unresponsive.
A need to spiritually awaken.
God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear. Slumber in Scripture is a condition of perception, not of the body.
✦ When it is positive
- Being woken from the coma within the dream, representing God's mercy in rousing the dreamer
⚠ When it is a warning
- Spiritual slumber
- Being spiritually dormant
How to tell the difference
Distinguish COMA (prolonged unresponsiveness, a settled condition) from FALLING ASLEEP IN A DREAM (complacency at a particular moment). Note whether anyone is attending the dreamer and whether they wake.
