Heart in a dream

Biblical meaning from Hearing God's Voice in Dreams by Apostle Nicholas V. Mbanjwa

Also: Chest core, Inner man, The heart, Hidden man of the heart

What it means

The innermost issues; the seat of the emotions; the spirit man.

Moods, feelings, the hidden man, and motives.

The spirit of man is the candle of the Lord, searching all the inward parts. What is in the heart is not hidden from God, however hidden from others.

✦ When it is positive

The human spirit within a person
The hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible

⚠ When it is a warning

The source of bad character
Evil motives
Dark secrets kept inward

How to tell the difference

Note the CONDITION of the heart shown — whole, broken, hardened, clean, pierced. A heart being operated on or exchanged usually points to a change God is working rather than a physical warning.
