Unread Message in a dream

Biblical meaning from Hearing God's Voice in Dreams by Apostle Nicholas V. Mbanjwa

Also: Unopened message, Message not read, Unread text

What it means

A neglected divine message; unheeded promptings from God.

Ignored conviction; an unfollowed leading of the Holy Spirit.

Be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. The message was received; it was not acted on.

✦ When it is positive

The message opened and obeyed

⚠ When it is a warning

Not being attentive to the leading of the Holy Spirit
Not being submitted to God
Disobedience

How to tell the difference

The message EXISTS AND WAS DELIVERED — the issue is attention, not access. Note how many are unread and how long they have waited, as this often points to how long something has been set aside.

Scripture

²²But be doers of the word, and not only hearers, deluding your own selves. ²³For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man looking at his natural face in a mirror; ²⁴for he sees himself, and goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. ²⁵But he who looks into the perfect law of freedom and continues, not being a hearer who forgets but a doer of the work, this man will be blessed in what he does.
