Hearing God's Voice in Dreams is a digital service. There are no physical goods shipped. This policy explains how and when you receive what you pay for.
4.1 What you receive
- Dream interpretations: delivered digitally, on-screen, within the App. After you submit a dream and tap "Reveal the Interpretation", your interpretation is prepared and displayed to you, and saved to your personal dream journal.
- Timing: interpretations are usually ready within a short time (typically under a minute). More detailed dreams may take a little longer to prepare. Your screen will show that the interpretation is being prepared, and it will appear automatically when ready.
- Premium access: when you subscribe successfully through PayFast, your premium access is activated on your account automatically, normally within a few moments of your payment being confirmed.
4.2 Access to your subscription
- Your subscription gives you unlimited dream interpretations for the paid month, accessible any time you are signed in to your account on the App.
- Your dream journal, and all previous interpretations, remain available to you within the App while your account is active.
4.3 If something does not arrive
- If a payment succeeds but your premium access does not activate, please refresh the App or sign out and back in. If it still does not activate, contact us at nicholasvmbanjwa@gmail.com with your account email and we will resolve it promptly.
- If an interpretation fails to appear because of a technical problem, you can try again. A failed attempt does not use up one of your free interpretations, and a paid subscriber is never charged per interpretation.
4.4 Requirements
Because this is an online service, you need a working internet connection and an up-to-date web browser to use the App and receive interpretations.
