Welcome to Hearing God's Voice in Dreams ("the App", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and application available at hearinggodsvoiceindreams.co.za and any related services. By creating an account, using the free interpretations, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1.1 Who we are
The App is owned and operated by Nicholas Vuyisanani Lusawana (who writes under the pen name Nicholas V. Mbanjwa), trading as a sole proprietor, based in Krugersdorp, Gauteng, South Africa. You can contact us at:

1.2 What the App does
The App provides biblical dream interpretations based exclusively on the Bible and the two books authored by Nicholas Vuyisanani Lusawana: Hearing God's Voice in Dreams (2020) and Divine Visions (2023), both written under his pen name Nicholas V. Mbanjwa. You submit a description of a dream, and the App produces a written interpretation drawn from this biblical and symbolic framework.
1.3 The nature of our interpretations — please read carefully
- Our interpretations are offered for spiritual encouragement, reflection, and biblical insight. They represent an interpretation of dream symbols according to the framework taught in the author's books and Scripture.
- Interpretations are not professional, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. They must not be relied upon as a substitute for the counsel of a qualified professional, your pastor, or a trusted spiritual leader.
- Dreams are personal and their meaning is ultimately between you and God. We encourage you to prayerfully weigh every interpretation, test it against Scripture, and seek godly counsel where a matter is serious.
- Where an interpretation touches on sensitive spiritual matters, it may suggest prayer, repentance, or speaking with a pastor or trusted leader. These are suggestions for your prayerful consideration, not instructions or guarantees of any outcome.
- We make no promise that any interpretation is a definitive or infallible word concerning your life. The App is a tool to assist your own hearing from God, not a replacement for it.
1.4 Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to use the App.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
1.5 Free interpretations and subscription
- New users receive two (2) free dream interpretations. After these are used, continued access requires a paid subscription.
- The subscription costs R89 per month, billed automatically each month until you cancel. Payment is processed securely through PayFast; we do not store your card details.
- By subscribing, you authorise us (through PayFast) to charge the monthly fee to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- We may change the subscription price in future. If we do, we will give existing subscribers reasonable advance notice, and any change will apply only to billing periods after that notice.
1.6 Your dream content and privacy
- The dreams you submit and the interpretations you receive are stored so that you can access your personal dream journal.
- We treat your dream content as private and confidential. It is protected so that other users cannot access it. We do not sell your dream content or personal information.
- We process your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at nicholasvmbanjwa@gmail.com.
- We use trusted third-party service providers (including our payment processor and cloud hosting and database providers) to operate the App. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.

1.7 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to submit content that is illegal, abusive, or harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, other users' accounts, or our systems.
- Copy, resell, or redistribute our interpretations or content for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Misuse or overload the service through automated means.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms.
1.8 Intellectual property
All content, symbolic frameworks, interpretation methods, and text derived from Hearing God's Voice in Dreams (2020) and Divine Visions (2023), published under the pen name Nicholas V. Mbanjwa, are the intellectual property of Nicholas Vuyisanani Lusawana and are protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the App for your own spiritual benefit. It does not transfer any ownership of our content to you.
1.9 Availability and changes
- We work to keep the App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Interpretations depend on third-party services (including AI and hosting providers) that may occasionally be unavailable.
- We may update, improve, or change features of the App at any time.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
1.10 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:
- The App and its interpretations are provided "as is". We do not warrant that any interpretation is accurate, complete, or suited to your particular circumstances.
- We are not liable for any decision you make, or action you take, based on an interpretation. You remain responsible for your own choices and are encouraged to seek professional or pastoral counsel on serious matters.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.
1.11 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
